Who We Share Your Personal Data With.

In order to effectively manage a sale/purchase, we will share some personal data with third parties. 
These are detailed as follows:

For Sale Board Contractor
Our board contractor who will be provided with your address for the purpose of erecting and removing a ‘for sale’ board (if required).
Estate Agency Software
Our software provider has no reason to access or use your data but they do have access to our databases for the purposes of maintaining and managing our software. Data is securely stored on the servers in our office.
Solicitor Quotations
If you request quotes from a solicitor on our recommended panel we will pass your contact details, to include name, address, telephone number and email to selected firms so they can prepare a no obligation quote for you. We will only pass your details if you specifically agree to or request this service.
Solicitors
If you agree to buy or sell a property with Plymouth Homes we will send a general notice to the buyer and seller’s solicitors with the name of both the buyer and seller. No other personal data will be shared.
Mortgage Advisors
If you request quotes from a mortgage advisor on our recommended panel we will pass your contact details, to include name, address, telephone number and email to selected firms so they can prepare a no obligation quote for you. We will only pass your details if you specifically agree to or request this service.
Surveying Firms
If you sell your property with us we may pass your name and telephone number to your buyers surveying company so they can contact you to arrange an appointment for the survey.
Other Estate Agents
If you are involved in a ‘chain’ we share information with other estate agents in your chain about the progress being made with your sale/purchase
Corporate Vendors
Some corporate vendors like to speak to the buyer of a property prior to accepting their offer. We will only pass a buyers’ contact details to them once we have obtained the buyers’ consent.
Website Design And Hosting
Design UNLTD host and maintain our website. Its hosted on a secure server with a SSL certificate. They have access to the user data submitted through our Property Alerts feature, but only for reasons of development and maintenance.
