Three Packages
Plymouth Homes Lettings provides three packages of Tenant Find Only service, that start from just £199.00 including VAT.
All three packages include a To Let board, advertising on RightMove and OnTheMarket, also exposure via our highly active social media platforms and our website.
They also each include accompanied viewings and advice on which applicant is the right one. We also conduct Right to Rent checks, full referencing and credit checks. We can also protect the deposit using our TDS custodial service.
