Double Celebration
Seven weeks ago Stuart carried out a valuation on a beautiful cottage in Eggbuckland and met the owners Chris and his pregnant partner Beth. You may think that starting the moving process with only a few weeks to go before their baby was due to be born may not be the best thing to do. However, within 24 hours of marketing we successfully found a buyer and Chris and Beth were actively out looking for their perfect family home.
Over the next two weeks, with the baby due at any time, Plymouth Homes found them the home of their dreams so they were able to stop actively viewing and rest whilst waiting for their baby to arrive.
Beth’s due date came and went and on Friday 3rd November she went into labour and along came their beautiful daughter ‘Elsie’ weighing a healthy 8lb 6oz’s.

We felt that this was the end to a lovely story, however Beth had other ideas! On Monday 6th November, she decided to be the first person to take advantage of our New Christmas Promotion by placing a stylish apartment that she also owned onto the market.
