We are delighted to have a Halifax Banking Agency within our Crownhill Office. The Halifax is positioned at the rear of the office, fronting onto Fort Austin Avenue and has the benefit of a car park for the use of both Halifax and Plymouth Homes customers. The branch has been professionally fitted to include two counter positions and a private interview room. The Halifax team is managed by Joanne Mitchell who is working with Steve Lawrence, Dawn Toy and Sue Dure. Joanne has worked for the Halifax for the past 13 years and has over 18 years banking experience. Joanne is keen to ensure that all customers receive a warm welcome and feel comfortable whilst in the branch. Ian and Susan feel that a Halifax Banking Agency is a good addition to the already successful Crownhill office. With so many Banks and Building Societies closing and becoming 'trendy wine bars', this is a superb opportunity to offer local residents a local service.
